Tenant Alteration Request

Please fill out this form to make your request to the property management office for approval. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response.
  • TENANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. 1. Any alteration must meet all local safety and building codes. 2.Tenant is responsible for obtaining all liability insurance necessary for the completion of the alteration. 3.All material used will meet local building codes. 4.Tenant will be responsible for all damages to existing structures as a result of the alteration. 5.Tenant will be responsible for any personal injuries occurring to any individual as a result of the alteration/s. 6. Tenant assumes the risk of any damage done to his/her personal property as a result of the alteration. 7.Landlord shall not be liable for any personal injuries occurring to any individual as a result of the alteration/s. 8.Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, tenant must remove any portion of the alteration determined to be the property of the tenant and restore any structure or part there of to its original condition upon termination of the rental agreement. 9. Tenant agrees that they will use licensed and insured professionals in order to complete any electrical work. 10. Plumbing work that requires the addition, removal, or alteration of water pipes the tenant will hire a licensed professional.
